and last week my therapist called me “playfully rowdy” so that about sums me up!
In college, I studied light, drawing and painting for a degree in fine art while getting a double major in creative writing
I seek inspiration from nature and travel in new cities and landscapes, from emotions written across people’s faces and the energy of a crowd.
I love that my job is to read light and capture it, in motion or still frame, to freeze a moment in time and preserve the way something felt.

I want my portraits to feel natural and aim for a ‘painterly’ quality through old-school film techniques mixed with modern digital tools and tricks.
I have been shooting weddings for 15 years, and often also do commercial work for small business owners and brands.
